Our workshops are built upon the value of equality and our universally shared experiences of living in female and vulva-owning bodies. As a leader, I’m your guide, not your god, and our circle configuration represents this.

We put our learnings to practice, together, alone. In the circle of sisterhood, we explore our own bodies in an atmosphere of safety, support, compassion, and playfulness. Participants do not have physical contact with each other, however the leader can provide consent based support when requested.

“Womankind is so repressed that we never have the time and space to develop our fantasies. We have a complicated sex organ and a complicated mind. When we can engage our mind with a fantasy, it helps us connect and stay with our body so that we can achieve orgasm and deepen our experience of pleasure.

We interact with different sources of erotica [in order to] better understand how we’re wired sexually and what inspires us. Audio erotica, visual erotic, written erotica, mirror work, and sensate focus are all options.” -Bodysex.com

The Bodysex® experience is powerful, hilarious and often intense. In order to stay grounded, our in-person workshops include two yoga classes focused on our sacral, heart and throat chakras. All flows are designed to be accessible and enjoyed by all.

This is many participants favorite part of our in-person workshops. Similar to a classic massage, the laying on of hands is an optional, gentle form of consensual touch shared amongst sisters. Think of it as the most loving, supportive, backrub of your life. One sister said “I don't think I've ever felt this safe and supported. Thank you.”

“Together, alone,” is the cornerstone of our workshops. We participate in the circle together in order to create safe, supportive environments to explore and reclaim ourselves, not others. There is no physical or sexual contact amongst participants.

Still, consent is a focal point, starting with asking ourselves and own bodies for permission and feedback. From there, we are responsible for ourselves, free to come and go as we need, and supported and encouraged to prioritize self care throughout the workshop and beyond.
